Our experience with Ground Zone's work ranges from Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I & II's), remediation and storm water management services. Alameda County Community Development Agency's experience with Ground Zone includes storm water treatment facility testing and reporting related to a County owned building that has water infiltration in its basement. This ground water must be tested regularly and reports must be submitted to the California State Water Resource Control Board on an on-going basis. Sam Brathwaite and his team have provided excellent service to Alameda County. Sam's high level of expertise related to storm water management, filtration systems, and report requirements has provided the County with a strong partner and the confidence to know we are responding correctly to the requirements of our water discharge permit.
